ABOUT US

What is Radiant?

Radiant Behavior Solutions is a company founded by Jess and Kylie, two best friends who are also Board Certified Behavior Analysts. They were inspired by the definition of "radiant": a point from which light shines.  True to this definition, they aim to incorporate an artistic approach to ABA therapy to help their clients shine. Our Radiant therapists possess qualities such as enthusiasm, patience, and an empathetic outlook towards our clients with autism or other developmental disabilities. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and energized environment for clients to succeed in ABA therapy. Encompassing an attitude of growth and acceptance, Radiant Behavior Solutions is dedicated to providing exceptional care to help our clients meet their goals and reach their full potential.

OUR APPROACH

Art-Based Therapy

Radiant Behavior Solutions utilizes CanvasABA as our primary assessment that offers both a personalized and effective approach to ABA therapy that incorporates art-based techniques to help clients improve their behaviors and learn skills to help them reach their full potential.

Our therapy sessions involve a combination of traditional ABA techniques such as discrete trial teaching and positive reinforcement, and art-based activities, such as drawing, painting, and sculpting. Art-based therapy serves as a tool to help clients express their emotions and thoughts while teaching new skills in a fun and engaging way. This approach is especially helpful for individuals who may have difficulty communicating or have limited verbal abilities.

ABOUT ABA

What is Applied Behavior Analysis?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a type of behavioral therapy that aims to improve socially significant behaviors. ABA is a scientifically validated approach that is used to treat a variety of different conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

ABA therapy is individualized and tailored to each individual's different needs, goals, and abilities. This therapy is most often delivered during one-on-one sessions with a registered behavior technician, but it can also be implemented in group settings, such as in a clinic.

Overall, ABA therapy is a comprehensive approach that is widely used to help individuals with a wide range of behavioral challenges. It is an evidenced-based therapy that is data-driven and focuses on the individual's strengths and needs, with the ultimate goal of helping them flourish and excel in their abilities.
