3 Cookbooks I’ve Been Reaching for Lately

Recently, I’ve been reaching for the same 3 cookbooks when I’m not doing my own thing in the kitchen. 2 of them are on the healthier side, 1 of them has a mix of healthy and indulgent (which I just substitute healthier ingredients). All 3 have super tasty recipes and never disappoint!

  • The Love & Lemons Cookbook – features more than one hundred simple recipes that help you turn your farmers market finds into delicious meals.
  • Skinny Taste Fast and Slow – 80+ under 30 min meals that are the easiest, tastiest, convenient, and mostly healthy recipes.
  • Bowls of Plenty – I love any meal in a bowl, so of course this is one of my favorites. Lots of different options, all delicious.

What are some of your favorites?

  1. I have Love and Lemons – such a good book and I love that it helps local farmers too. One I am finding I use a lot is Oodles of Noodles. As you can tell from the name, it is Asian inspired. IT has some really great authentic recipes but it can get quite costly as it is obscure ingredients.

If you ahve time, check out ym lastest blog post at http://www.tootinghustle.wordpress.com and let me know what you think!

    Happy blogging! x
