Recently, I’ve been reaching for the same 3 cookbooks when I’m not doing my own thing in the kitchen. 2 of them are on the healthier side, 1 of them has a mix of healthy and indulgent (which I just substitute healthier ingredients). All 3 have super tasty recipes and never disappoint!
- The Love & Lemons Cookbook – features more than one hundred simple recipes that help you turn your farmers market finds into delicious meals.
- Skinny Taste Fast and Slow – 80+ under 30 min meals that are the easiest, tastiest, convenient, and mostly healthy recipes.
- Bowls of Plenty – I love any meal in a bowl, so of course this is one of my favorites. Lots of different options, all delicious.
