3 Things That Help Me Stay on Track With Healthy Eating

Sometimes I can be hard to stay on track, life can get crazy and it can get in the way. There are a few things I do to help keep myself accountable and keep me on track.

  • Food Journal – There’s something about writing it down that makes me want to make better decisions.
  • Meal Planning – Having meals planned out for a week or a month can take time but it’s worth it. When I’m busy I don’t even have to think about what will be for dinner tonight. I can just look forward to what I already have planned.
  • Prepping – The more I have chopped, mixed, roasted ahead of time the better because I like convenience.
