5 Benefits of Dry Brushing

Dry brushing is hardly new but sometimes I get out of the groove of doing it. And every time I go back to it, when that brush hits my skin it’s a quick reminder of why I love it. If you have never dry brushed I highly recommend it, it feels really good! You might be asking, “why should I even bother?” if you’ve never heard brushing.
